GoGoTape warrants our tapes to be free from factory defects.
If you find your tool to be defective out of the box, simply send the tape back to us within 30 days from purchase (include a copy of your receipt), and we’ll send you a replacement.
Tapes found to be misused, abused, or altered will not be replaced.
